The Daily News is reporting that a third Democrat wants to challenge Rep. Nan Hayworth. The last one is from Orange County: He is Tuxedo Park Mayor Tom Wilson. The other two are a Mayor from Dutchess and Westchester counties. See earlier post.
In another Jewish district, NY-13 that includes parts of Jewish areas in South Brooklyn, Mark Murphy will hold his formal kickoff tomorrow at 6 to challenge freshman Michael Grimm. According to the Daily News, there is friction within the SI Democratic Party leadership around Murphy’s candidacy.
