A judge heard toady both sides in Storobin Fidler case, but not significant happened, according to the Politicker. The question that may turn out decisive surrounds over 100 absentee ballots ordered by a Storobin operative that Fidler accuse that they are fraudulent. Storobin's camp expect the judge to rule on Monday, but this will probably not be the end of this saga. A recount is almost certain. Fidler also notified of his intentions to file a federal lawsuit against the Board of Elections if he loses in state court.
