What bad luck. In the day that I released my piece discussing the Republican party, the real action started to unfold in the democratic party and Vito Lopez started to lose his chairmanship that he finally gave up today, and now the buzz is about who will replace him.
Who cares about anything else now? But if you do, Chriss Bragg's first post on his new blog reports that Simcha Felder is appealing the court decision to allow David Storobin on the republican line. Chris also did a long piece in CapitalNY about the overlaps between Dan Halloran and David Storobin, as part of a narrative how Halloran's campaign is funded by from the outside (why Storobin should do it for Halloran, when he himself isn't over-funded, is beyond me.)
Meanwhile Moshe Tischler is appealing the decision to allow Dov Hikind on the conservative line.Oral arguments was scheduled for next week Friday.
