UPDATE: Towns Pull Bill to Allow Robo-calls to Cellphones

A bill by Congressman Ed Towns to allow robo-calls to cellphones, that I mentioned in passing, was pulled by him, after it created a backlash.

Last week a group of Attorney Generals signed a letter against the bill.
