The court continued today, and the drag-on continues. Still, the day went mostly in favor of the Fidler, it seems. The Judge subpoenaed Storobin campaign operative Alla Pometko who ordered 177 absentee ballots that the Fidler campaign accuse to be fraudulent. The court dismissed a motion by the Storobin campaign to ask long-time absentee voters to prove their disability claims, and a dozen or two votes challenged by Storobin got the go-ahead to eventually be counted.
