Nachman Caller reemerged as a potential primary opponent for Storobin in November. Caller reportedly said earlier that he will not oppose Storobin in November, but Councilman Greenfield tweets that Caller told him today that he's considering to challenge Storobin in the primaries.
We asked Michael Fragin - who advised Caller about a possible bid - if that means that Caller backtracks on his earlier promise to step aside for Storobin, or is he only talking of a scenario where Storobin loses his current bid and runs again in September? Fragin replied that "Nachman Caller expects Storobin to win." He haven’t explained why Caller changes his mind.
