I have confirmed about 7,700 from Hasidic Williamsburg, and Dilan is by about 62 percent.I don't have the counts in the polling sites where it's not overwhelmingly Hasidim, and no one have the numbers of the paper ballots and absentees, which amount to up to 2,000 additional votes.
About 5,350 are in from Williamsburg, Dilan is by over 61 percent
Source: In Williamsburg, it's meanwhile about 60/40, for Dilan/Velazquez, with about 2,500 votes. Real Jewish district haven't counted yet.
About 4100 in Williamsburg Dilan has a bit more than 60 percent. Heaviest areas are not yet in and some ended to vote very late.
Nydia's margin so far, will be hard to overcome.
