Turnout looked lower in Hasidic Williamsburg than in the last congressional primary. Although it's much higher than in the rest of the district, Lincoln Restler is more popular today than when he won his seat last time. On the other hand, the Satmars make up a larger percent of the district than the last time.
I see this race tilting in Mr. Restler's favor, barring an uptick in turnout in the coming hours.
