Ending a Non-assuming Career with a Bang

It's official: Congressman Ed Towns is endorsing his former opponent Charles Barron for Congress. Mr. Towns, who had an non-assuming career and was booted from the ranking spot on the oversight committee  for not being aggressive, is ending his career with a bang, through this shocking endorsement. (BTW, Colin Campbell almost distorted the endorsement with his tweet, and OP was the first to correct him, it seems.)

In other congressional banging news, Rep. Nan Hayworth (R, KJ) isn't blinking on her bubbling acid storm, but some republicans believe she may have lost her race, and local editorial boards are pounding her for it.
